Where do StoreOH products ship from?
All orders ship from US-based warehouses. We do not ship from China or internationally, which means no customs delays, no import fees, and faster delivery to your door.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Orders of $50 or more qualify for free standard shipping. The discount is applied automatically at checkout — no promo code needed.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 5–10 business days of dispatch. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can also use our Track Your Order page at any time.
Can I return a product?
Yes. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. Visit our Refund & Returns Policy for full details on how to start a return.
My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
We’re sorry to hear that. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and other payment methods shown at checkout. All transactions are processed securely.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to ensure fast dispatch. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible via our Contact page. We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been dispatched.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Not at this time. We currently ship to all 50 US states only. We’re looking to expand in the future — stay tuned.
